World Class Products
Cadillac Electric offers nationally recognized brands including Acme, Allen-Bradley, Appleton,
Brady, Bussmann, Crouse-Hinds, Hoffman Engineering, Sola/Hevi-Duty, Hubbell, and Thomas & Betts,
thus ensuring that customers can source products with the features, quality and reliability they require
from one convenient supplier. Leading international industrial automation lines including Siemens can be

broadest line cards in the industry.
Support
Cadillac serves the market through a knowledgeable team of account representatives acting as a resource
for customers who are sourcing the electrical and automation solutions required to keep their companies
competitive. The efforts of our account representatives are backed by experienced inside sales, procurement,
logistical and technical support specialists. More demanding application and sales issues are resolved by
our application engineering and management team, who are further supported by a network of manufacturer's
representatives and factory staff.
Stock Room Solutions
For electrical and industrial control products which must be stocked on site to complete maintenance
projects or avoid costly down time, Cadillac offers the Stockroom Management program. Barcoded storage
cabinets are provided as part of a structured system minimizing procurement costs, improving inventory
control and adjusting stock levels to meet demand. Customers using this inventory management service
can realize significant savings while remaining in control of the program.
Engineering & Training
Engineering Services are available to those customers who are seeking to complement
their technical and maintenance staff with specialists in bar coding, SCADA, PLC programming,
machine vision, and drive configuration. Customer training for PLCs, drives, and operator interface
displays are also offered.
Private Label Products
Complementing the premium lines carried by Cadillac, alternative "private label"
connectors, cable, test equipment, and wire management products are available which either offer cost
saving or unique capabilities that far exceed those available elsewhere. For customers who need to
increase reliability or are seeking to lower up front costs, Cadillac's private label products may
offer a solution.
ISO 9001:2000
Cadillac Electric has been ISO 9002 registered since 1997 and recently earned the new ISO 9001:2000 rating.
Attaining this certification has added structure and accountability to our organization and processes which are
continually being improved in an effort to increase efficiencies and ultimately improve the level of customer
satisfaction.
